If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or different from the item ordered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed personal-care or hygiene-related products once they have been opened.

Personalised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return, except where required by law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or a video of the issue. We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or partial refund.

Refunds
