Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or when a product requires additional preparation.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the product, supplier location and delivery address.

• Spain: approximately 7–15 business days

• European Union: approximately 8–18 business days

• International orders: approximately 10–25 business days

These delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The most accurate shipping information is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the items in your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever it is available.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
